new fire ele elite
its gonna be called incinerate or something
cost 25 energy, causes exaustion, 30 recharge. Target takes X (same dmg as fireball) and burns for (1-12)16 at 16 fire magic, 18 with glyph of elemental power seconds. |

um i was thinking something along those lines
Fever(E) Cost:25 cast:5 recharge:45 target foe and adjaceny foes are set on fire fo 3..9(10 at 16) seconds (toolong?) cause fire only has one elite,and the rest each have the same type (wait does earth have a mind spell? if not it should be mind petrification and does earth ahve a "conjure" spell? if not im gonna slap anet in the face with a branch and say they need to make it fair to earth,(anet dont hurt me)) |
